Karine is a second-year undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science at the American University of Armenia (AUA).

From a very young age, she had recognized the importance of hard work and dedication to learning. She believes that education plays a major role in reaching success, and is convinced that her studies at AUA are moving her closer to her goals.

“I made the choice to major in Computer Science when I was studying at the Yerevan State College of Informatics. The essay I wrote when applying to AUA was about the passion I had for programming. Besides studying, I am currently working as a software engineer and cannot describe how much I enjoy my work.”
